What is my withdrawal period?

If the product does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item to us.

How much are the return costs?

Return costs are free in the event of breakdown, breakage or non-compliance of the product received within 14 days. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you. 

Refunds

What are the refund conditions?

Returned items must be in their original condition with their tags / instructions / accessories / packaging.

They must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be accompanied by their return slip (make your refund request on https://www.harmonie.design/pages/contact ).

What is the repayment period?

Your refund will be made after receipt and verification of your package, within a maximum of 30 days. Its amount will be equivalent to the price of the returned item(s).

I received a defective product, what should I do?

I received the wrong item, what should I do?
